Thyroid Update 2

In an addendum to the previous post I must add that my fabulous endocrologist, Dr Arvan, (the division chief no less) told me my thyroid was one of the the largest he'd ever seen a comment which both pleased (I do want to be the best) and troubled me (what, there was one larger?)
